Ice Poseidon Responds to Allegations of Paying Kick Streamers to Harass TwitchCon Attendees
“Dear LiveStreamFail community, I did not pay anyone to harass Twitch streamers,” he claimed
Ice Poseidon has responded to allegations that he funded Kick streamers to intimidate influencers during TwitchCon, where chaotic incidents caught widespread attention.
At the San Diego event, some Kick streamers exhibited alarming conduct, including one who kissed and licked Twitch personalities Nmplol and Wake Wilder in what was labeled “live-streamed sexual harassment.” Another incident involved a streamer pushing someone onto a moving train, while a physical altercation broke out between streamer Erobb and another individual who had accused him of cheating on his partner.

Rumors about Ice Poseidon’s involvement gained traction after Twitch streamer JuliaKins suggested that a “Kick degenerate” paid others to harass attendees, leading many to speculate about Poseidon’s role. However, in a tweet on September 24, he refuted these claims but acknowledged that he has funded trolling directed at fellow Kick creators.
Poseidon quipped, “If you’re gonna slander me, at least make it funny. Now don’t mind me, time to take the Lambo for a ride.”
This controversy follows a string of incidents at TwitchCon, with the implicated Kick streamers facing bans. However, many creators, including xQc, are calling for more significant consequences for such behavior, warning that these actions could damage Kick’s reputation. YouTube star Ludwig also weighed in, highlighting the negative impact of these incidents on the platform's image.
