Jack Doherty and bodyguard sued over Halloween altercation with Corinna Kopf's friend

The party, which boasted entertainment from none other than Snoop Dogg, took a dramatic turn when Jack Doherty's bodyguard delivered a forceful punch to a party attendee.

Now, Chase Gardella, a close friend of Corinna Kopf, has taken legal action against Doherty and his bodyguard, Justin Goslee, also known as Kane Kongg. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Gardella alleges that on the evening of October 29, he was engaged in conversation with Doherty and Kongg when Doherty proposed a physical altercation between their respective parties. Moments later, Gardella found himself on the receiving end of a powerful blow from Kongg, resulting in injuries to his head, neck, and face.

In response to the incident, Gardella has filed a lawsuit against Doherty and Kongg, seeking damages for assault, battery, negligence, and emotional distress. However, Doherty has vehemently denied any wrongdoing, asserting, "Come on now, we all know I don’t got the ability to beat someone up."
