Kai Cenat Announces Twitch Subathon to Break Subscriber Record
After VTuber IronMouse broke his 2023 record of 306,621 subscribers with a massive 326,252 subathon
Kai Cenat, one of Twitch's top streamers, is gearing up to reclaim his title as the platform's most-subscribed streamer. After VTuber IronMouse broke his 2023 record of 306,621 subscribers with a massive 326,252 subathon in 2024, Kai announced plans for his own comeback event: Mafiathon 2.
Though Kai initially congratulated IronMouse on their achievement, he quickly vowed to take back the top spot. IronMouse, showing sportsmanship, welcomed the challenge, saying it would be "incredible" if Kai surpassed the new record. Now, Kai has confirmed that his next Twitch stream will officially kick off his attempt to break the record once again.
Kai first made history in 2023, surpassing streamers like Ludwig and Ninja to become Twitch’s most-subscribed creator. But IronMouse’s recent subathon, which spanned September to October 2024, marked a significant leap, leaving Kai eager to respond.
While Kai hasn’t revealed the exact date for Mafiathon 2, he teased the announcement during a high-profile stream with WWE legend John Cena, raising expectations for the event. Fans are now eagerly awaiting what the streamer has planned for his next marathon.
With the stage set for another Twitch showdown, Kai is determined to take back his throne, and Mafiathon 2 promises to be a major event filled with surprises.
