Twitch star Kai Cenat recently shared an audacious new goal during his ongoing Mafiathon 2 subathon: becoming the first content creator to live-stream from space.

Speaking with friends on November 9, Kai revealed he’d been considering the idea seriously, even looking into its risks. With a 3-5% chance of something going wrong, he’s still prepared to take on the challenge, aiming to make history for his audience.

During his live stream, Kai mentioned Elon Musk by name, saying, “I want to be the first [person] to go to space and say ‘Yo chat!’” He later tweeted directly to Musk, asking for help in achieving his dream.

“Hey Elon, I would like to be the first streamer to stream & say ‘YO CHAT’ from space. I believe you are the only person that can help me achieve this goal, let’s make history,” Kai wrote, tagging both Musk and SpaceX.

The post quickly went viral, gathering over 50,000 likes and more than a million views within the first 10 hours. As of now, Elon Musk has yet to respond, and Kai has not shared any updates on private communications. Given Musk’s active presence on the platform, fans are hopeful he may address the request soon.
