MrBeast Prepares Offer to Buy TikTok Amid US Ban

The YouTube star confirmed an offer to buy TikTok after meeting with billionaires, as the platform faces a potential ban in the U.S.

YouTube sensation MrBeast has revealed that he is serious about buying TikTok. In a video shared on his TikTok account, the content creator announced he has assembled an offer to purchase the platform from its parent company, ByteDance. This development comes as TikTok faces a looming ban in the United States, set to take effect on January 19, 2025.

“I just got out of a meeting with a bunch of billionaires,” he said. “TikTok, we mean business. We have an offer ready for you. We want to buy the platform. America deserves TikTok. Give me a seat at the table, let me save this platform.” The video quickly gained traction, garnering nearly 3 million views within the first hour of posting.

Fans of MrBeast expressed overwhelming support, with many calling him the ideal candidate to take over TikTok. Some even contrasted him with other rumored buyers, like Elon Musk, though TikTok officially denied speculation of Musk’s involvement, labeling it as "pure fiction."
