MrBeast Promises to Fight Back Against Ronaldo’s Subscriber Challenge

Teasing a potential collaboration with Lionel Messi to rival Ronaldo’s success

Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, became YouTube’s most subscribed creator on June 1, 2024, surpassing T-Series. However, recent months have been challenging, with allegations of money laundering and fostering a toxic workplace.

After briefly stepping out of the spotlight, MrBeast returned, appearing on Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast alongside KSI on October 2, 2024. They discussed his upcoming Amazon series Lunchly, and whether soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo could overtake him on YouTube.

Ronaldo joined YouTube in August 2024 and quickly gained over 63 million subscribers, breaking the record for fastest growth, previously held by MrBeast. Jimmy acknowledged Ronaldo as a serious threat, praising him as a "real-life Mr. Rizz" and admitting, "If there’s someone to pass me, it’s Ronaldo."

Despite Ronaldo's rapid rise, MrBeast vowed to defend his position, even teasing a potential collaboration with Lionel Messi to rival Ronaldo’s success.

MrBeast still commands over 318 million subscribers, but as Ronaldo’s momentum builds, the YouTube battle heats up, with Jimmy determined not to give up his crown without a fight.
