The dispute involved Adept’s unauthorized sale of xQc’s McLaren 720s Spider, which was supposed to be frozen as an asset. xQc expressed frustration over the "sneaky tactics" used, describing the lawsuit as "disastrous" and the process as "brain dead."

Despite the dismissal, xQc remains entangled in legal battles with Adept, including issues over other assets like his BMW X6M competition. He noted that while the process has been challenging, he has already won two cases against her and remains determined to resolve the ongoing disputes.
