Prime Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Trademark Infringement

Logan Paul and KSI’s Prime Hydration brand has been hit with a lawsuit from Minnesota-based X Hydration, accusing Prime of trademark infringement over its recent “X” logo design. Filed on November 8, the suit claims that Prime’s black “X” logo and choice of bottle colors—pink and blue—bear a striking resemblance to X Hydration’s own branding, creating potential confusion among consumers.

X Hydration argues that Prime’s branding decisions were intentional and “malicious,” aiming to capitalize on their established trademarks. The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court, asserts that these actions have caused "irreparable harm" to X Hydration, leaving the company’s reputation at risk.

FBI Contacts Asmongold Over $30K Bounty Joke

Twitch streamer Asmongold recently disclosed that he was contacted by the FBI over a joke involving a $30,000 bounty reportedly placed on him by another streamer. On November 8, Asmongold learned from a viewer that the bounty, initially believed to target him, was part of a lighthearted comment by streamer Denims. After rewatching the clip, he decided not to press charges, noting that the joke was not directed at him after all.

The bounty, in fact, referenced former Blizzard developer Mark Kern, known as Grummz, rather than Asmongold. Denims’ comment followed an earlier incident where another streamer, Toneman, allegedly placed a $20,000 bounty on Grummz, leading to a ban on X (formerly Twitter).

Nintendo Sues Streamer Over Pirated Game Streams

Nintendo has filed a $7.5 million lawsuit against streamer Jesse Keighin, known online as "EveryGameGuru," accusing him of streaming pirated versions of Nintendo Switch games on Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. The lawsuit, submitted on November 6 in Colorado District Court, claims Keighin streamed unreleased games like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet despite receiving multiple takedown notices from Nintendo.

According to the suit, Keighin allegedly defied Nintendo’s enforcement efforts, even boasting about his ability to create "a thousand burner channels" to keep his streams active. The filing documents at least fifty instances of unauthorized game streams, with damages calculated at $150,000 per infringement.

Fanum Teases Possible Twitch Collab with Cardi B

Cardi, known for embracing her own Dominican roots, left a comment under the clip, expressing interest in a livestream collab with Fanum. Her playful comment, “I needa go to his sh*t like we will be dancing all night,” sparked excitement across social media.

Fanum responded enthusiastically on his November 8 stream, saying, “Fanum X Cardi B… that’s a movie!” He shared his excitement with viewers, replaying the viral clip and engaging his audience about the potential collaboration. Fans are already hyped, predicting the Bronx natives could “break the internet” if they team up on Twitch.
